News from my world full of art & wine.

The view from my window. Or rather, from my New England life through my Polish eyes used to poppy fields.

Missing summer, but not afraid of winter. Last year I saw the ocean so vital, it spat itself on everything around. Took my power, made me sleep in socks and wool jacket. Candles at night polished my skin with a glow I lost at 20. I liked that.
On mornings, I imagined chopping wood for a tea, outside, for a fire, but snow, like a hollanday sauce laughed in my face. No tea. Unless, Starbucks close by.
It was good to walk to the beach, like the beggars from 5 of Coins, just to see (even if eyes hit with snow like needless) and to witness Mother Ocean doing her thing.
When I see people leaving her pepsi junk on shores I swear I could slap with my rough Polish hand.

It supposed to be about the Marsh you’re seeing above, but nature has other plans—who am I to disobey Ocean.
