VERYMARTA Textiles launching on Septemeber 16th

AUGUST 5. I’m rushing with things and having the best time. Painting, juggling multiple illustration projects and my sewing machine is not slowing down. Someone asked me on my Facebook if I ever sleep. I will, once. Soon.

But I’m having such a blast (and I’m not polishing and glitter-sprinkling on this post to appear I’m happy, I AM HAPPY..) I don’t want to slow down, I don’t want to go to parties, I want to stay in my studio from wee hours to wee hours.

Dear God, thank you for this.

So, my textiles.

My plan is to launch on my birthday (September 16th) and have at least 6-9 designs in each collection (planning on 3 because the designs are different). I’m writing a story about it, planning, printing, painting, cutting, sewing, naming, counting, labeling, brainstorming in my sleep, sewing in my sleep.

I hope I can make it by that day.
