Artists need to stay healthy. We hurt our wrists and backs a lot, stay in the same positions too long, do not work out enough.
Not many of you know that I’m an ex-gymnast. I was competing on the, so called floor, and then on a trampoline for 13 years. I became a yoga RYT teacher around 11 years ago but haven’t been teaching much — not my mojo.
I’m trying to up my own yoga practice this year and bought new shiny tools.
This Infinity strap is already amazing. And the #yogawheel looks very promising.
