When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I cancel order?
It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent. Contact me IMMEDIATELY, and I will try to help you. It is not possible to cancel or change your order once it has been submitted. This also includes changing the size or color of a product, removing an item, changing the delivery address, or payment method.
Once frames are ordered for your custom framing, you can't change or cancel the order.
What is the return policy?
Due to the custom nature of the business, all sales are final; returns, refunds, and exchanges are not provided. Please email your questions before purchasing.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email contact (at) verymarta (dot) com within 3 days of order receipt.
I work hard to ensure the images displayed on the website depict the art accurately. Due to variations in screen brightness and resolutions, printed art and frame finish coloring may differ slightly from what is shown on a computer or device.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
ART PRINTS
ART PRINT OPTIONS (if you need something specific, email me.)
- Unframed Paper Print – ready to frame. Comes unmated, unframed
- Stretched Canvas Print – gorgeous quality, ready to hang.
- Framed Canvas Print – stretched canvas, in a floating frame, ready to hang (White, Natural Oak, Black).
PAPER PRINTS:
- Archival paper (fine art, archival, 100% cotton, acid-free).
- Printed with long-lasting giclée inks, colors resist fading for 100+ years.
- Textured matte finish highlights every watercolor detail.
- Include a minimum border of 0.5” to provide for self-matting or a faux matted look (wider for larger artwork)
- Borderless printing is available upon request. Please include a note at checkout, as this cannot be changed after the order is placed.
- Framed Paper Prints are available upon request via email.
PAPER PRINTS PACKAGE / SHIPPING:
- Up to 16x20” includes backing board, call sleeve.
- Above 16x20” comes in a tube rolled, without sleeves.
STRETCHED CANVAS PRINTS:
- Artist-grade poly-cotton canvas, hand-stretched on wood stretcher bars.
- Semi-matte finish, mirror-wrap edges, ready to hang.
- Sides are mirrored.
Framed Canvas Prints:
- Elegant floating wood frames (White, Natural Oak, Black).
- Gallery-style look with hanging wire included.
- Sides are mirrored.
IMPORTANT DETAILS:
- Made-to-order (no returns unless damaged).
- Slight cropping may occur to fit certain sizes (message for preview).
- Colors may appear softer online for protection.
