• INSPIRATION.

  Bloomland series came to be out of the need for quiet, delicacy, and impermanent experiences, like the touch of an insect on my skin.
  Here, the flower, the petal, is the pure essence of Life, fleeting from sureness and foreverness. Some blooms stay vibrant and dewy for a long time, and some age faster and lose the fullness of their glory suddenly. Some gain tender rips and tears, thirsting for water. The mature becomes fragile, longing for life even more.
  This is what I’m after in my Bloomlands series—to capture the moment of transient beauty. So here and yet so perishing all at the same time.
