DAY 18 // A N N I V E R S A R Y • PART 2
I’ll tell you something.
Almost 4 years ago (I think) my now former client, Sara Sullivan @nutritionsara ,after I mentioned I’m thinking about finally moving, mentioned this beautiful town Portsmouth.
I remember googling it and thinking—“wow, it looks just like every painter’s dreamy England’s Yorkshire, or Polish Mazury—a nothern part full of water and boats.”
I remember I starred at the pictures for a good while, daydreaming, and doubting it would ever happen.
Like, ever ever never.
I’m typing it sipping chai in Kittery, Me, just a bridge away from from Portsmouth NH and Sara’s boutique. I will be dropping of some of my art at the New Hampshire Art Assosiation in Portsmouth, NH tomorrow, after grabing chai at the eclectic (best brownies) Caffe Kilim.
I didn’t even plan for it, yet it materialized itself.
Today I attended Kittery open studios and @craftfixkittery (new earrings on my ears, a couple of gifts), next week I’ll be visiting artists at the Buttton Factory in Portsmouth.
Old factory mills full of makers.
The smell of ocean and brussel sprouts in balsamic vinegar.
Every day—a wonderland 🧜♀️🧚♀️
#30daysofHeartNesting : to sit, to sharpen, to soften, to write, to reveal, to remove my blind spots.
