Hello friends.I’m back from a gorgeous Poland. It’s been so good to see my family and friends. 6 weeks is not enough. I’ve traveled a bit, ate a lot of my mom’s cooking (hand-made and relish) and painted a lot, which you had a chance to see on my #100FashionGirls Instagram thread. I’m planning to release a book with my girls but not sure yet if I should self-publish or not.
Life is great. Love you Life.
So, I came back and the day I arrived (thank you Lufthansa for getting me back all in 1 piece) I went to Barnes&Nobles and bought 3 Oprah magazines. The guy at the counter asked me if it’s not a mistake to what I answered that it’s absolutely what I want to buy because my illustration takes up 1 full page in this gorgeous magazine.
Almost right before I left for Poland I was contacted by the sweetest Art Director from an Oprah magazine and commissioned to do a portrait. We went through few variations and ended up with what you see in the magazine. I admit, I’d prefer the blue watery background would be shown instead of cropping the face but I’m oh so happy!
This is about Oprah. More new in few days.
Be well America!
